Last Time Out For Adrien Broner
Broner last fought in June 2023, when he won a unanimous decision over Bill Hutchinson. The Problem hasn’t been consistently active since 2017 when he lost a unanimous decision to Mikey Garcia.
Since the defeat to Garcia, Broner has fought four times, compiling a 2-1-1 record. At 34 years old, Broner’s prime is likely over, and many see this fight with Cobbs as more of a money grab than a legitimate contest.

If Broner can perform well and shows more seriousness and activity, he may take advantage of his notoriety and position himself for another fight with a known opponent.
Last Time Out For Cobbs
Cobbs’ record is solid but hasn’t faced the stiffest competition. He overcame former world champion Maurice Hooker, dropping him three times back in August 2022.

However, Hooker is far from the fighter he was five years ago when he was a world champion. Cobbs has been even more inactive than Broner. He hasn’t fought since defeating Hooker, which was a bounce-back performance after suffering the first loss of his career at the hands of Alexis Rocha in March 2022, a ninth-round KO.
Despite Cobbs’ inactivity, he may have the size (5’11”) and skill set to defeat Broner at this stage of the latter’s career.
No one knows what to expect from The Problem, and it’s possible Cobbs wants it more than his more famous opponent.
The Rest of the Card
Don’t expect to see many recognizable names on the undercard, but Cassius Chaney is a potentially exciting heavyweight. In case you’re unfamiliar, he scored one of the more memorable KOs you’ll ever see when he sent Joel Caudle careening head-first outside the ring.
